Igal Dubov

A resident of Howell Township, New Jersey, Igal Dubov has overseen operations at multiple medical clinics in New Jersey and New York as a manager with Accurate Management since 2012. For the past two years, he has also owned and operated Genie Depot in nearby Howell, New Jersey. Under Igal Dubov’s direction, Genie Depot sells a range of dietary supplements and other products on Amazon.

Mr. Dubov holds a bachelor of arts in sociology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a doctor of chiropractic from the Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. While actively practicing chiropractic medicine, he held membership in the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors and licensure in both New Jersey and New York. His current areas of expertise include the proper administration of the high-fat and low-carbohydrate ketogenic diet.

Outside of the professional arena, Igal Dubov enjoys art and music. He also likes to get outside to go mountain biking.

Where did the idea for your company come from?

I learned about E commerce from a friend and a person that I did some work with Real Estate Flipping. He introduced me to Amazon and researching products. I became very interested and started to learn and immerse myself into it. It has been a very rewarding journey.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

Everyday I set time aside to get work done. Checking sites, And building sites, and following inventory. Looking at trends in the e-com community.

How do you bring ideas to life?

My brain never stops working. I could be sitting there and ideas come pouring in my head. I learn to play out these ideas and play with them. When I land a good idea I create a path to achieve it.

What’s one trend that excites you?

I like the new marketing ideas that speak to the people and matches what they want and desire and then giving them the best quality and service.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

I never stop working

What advice would you give your younger self?

To pay attention to your gut, it doesn’t lie.

The sales copy can have spelling mistakes and still work great.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Never stop learning.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

Keep going to seminars and meet people and ask questions

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

I started various businesses and if some fail I start new ones.

The advertising and marketing your business is more important than your actual business.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

On Food. I think healthy food that is not junk is very important to eat.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

I use salesforce to help track customers and their buying tracts.
