What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

I typically do a quick gratitude meditation in the morning while looking at the water before I get my day started.

Once I get to my desk, I first highlight my biggest daily, weekly, and monthly goals and view my itinerary for the day and the next 7 days.

My days are typically set up for different major tasks, including content creation, coaching my students, personal development, and strategy.

I dedicate 10-20 minutes per day for manifestation and journaling, 1 hour for exercise which includes riding on my peloton, body strength exercises, swimming, or walking on the beach.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I have a private Slack channel where I write down my ideas as they come to… I might be walking or in a shower. So I make sure I always write all my ideas down.

Once a week I review my Slack channel to filter through the ideas.

If the ideas can be done by my team, I delegate via voxer to either individual or group team members. If the ideas are content-creation related, I put them on my calendar for my content-creation days.

What’s one trend that excites you?

The rise of feminine energy which has led me to coining the term “finance is feminine”…

Around the world, we can see more women stepping into their feminine power and applying it to different aspects of life, even if they were traditionally perceived as masculine. I believe the rise of the divine feminine can change the world for better and bring about more abundance.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

Being focused on the task being done rather than counting the hours.

I don’t stop until the task is complete.

Another habit is reminding myself that I’m capable of doing anything I put my head to.

Lastly, I’ve been able to manage my ADHD by switching periodically between different tasks until they are all finished.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Always spend money to save time. Don’t think you’re the only person who can do the job. Delegate, delegate, delegate to the right people and always give feedback for improvement.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.

You don’t need to be good with numbers to be good at investing.

Finance is feminine.

Women are better at investing than men.

Investing in individual stocks is better than investing in index funds.

Financial advisors don’t have your best interest at heart.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

*Invest on a monthly basis
Manifest your future 3 times per day.
Talk to your family about household finances every week

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

Create a to-do list with small items that can give me quick wins, which boosts my mood and makes me feel back in control.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

When faced with challenges, I ask myself: “How can I turn this challenge into an opportunity?” I didn’t even realize I was subconsciously doing this until I started coaching my new team as they faced challenges and got overwhelmed… This strategy has led to many new innovations, increased customer satisfaction, and tons of revenue!

What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

My biggest mistake was going the trial-and-error route instead of finding someone who had already achieved what I wanted to achieve and paying them to teach me.

I wasted 8 years on trial and error, which not only cost me tons of time, but tons of missed opportunities, missed revenue, and missed investing compounding.

What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Invest Diva Diamond Analysis

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

My reMarkable notebook
Journaling
To-do list
Listing daily, weekly, monthly goals
Taking notes when listening to my coaches / reading books

What is the best $100 you recently spent?

Nvidia stock that keeps growing and compounding in my portfolio.

Do you have a favorite book or podcast from which you’ve received much value?

10X is easier than 2X by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy.

It allowed me to identify the 80% of my activities that don’t result in a 10X growth, get rid of them, and confidently focus on the 20% of my unique capabilities. Doing so has freed a lot of my time, reduced my stress, generated more revenue, and improved the quality of my life altogether. I’m now happier, healthier, and more productive than ever thanks to this.

What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?

I don’t watch tv.

Key Learnings

– Your feelings and attitude of gratitude create your future. Start your day with manifesting your future goals and then prioritize your daily tasks based on the activities that will move the needle the most into achieving them.

– Delegate small tasks others can do. That’s the only way you can achieve your goals faster and collapse time-frames.

– Start investing early, even if it’s with a small amount. Compounding needs time. Don’t make excuses on this, and do NOT delegate this task. No one cares about your money more than you. Your future self will thank you for not making excuses around this.
