LaOta Rassoull

I recommend that everyone know that they are a part of oneness and greet one another with the expression of oneness– In’La’Kesh. We are one in truth. All of humanity should be taught In’Lakesh.

LaOta Rassoull operates from the place in her heart that knows everyone is divine. She is a Quantum Lightworker, an energy worker and an accomplished Shaman. Her journey of elevation began over twenty-five years ago as she created a nutritional lifestyle for her son, providing high vibration foods to combat his childhood illness. She shared her knowledge of the benefits of a healthy diet with others and used the knowledge she gained to heal others.

LaOta uses her entrepreneurial skills as a vehicle to share the wisdom of empowering individuals to take responsibility for their own lives. She teaches oneness and unity consciousness, and lives her life in the reality of In’La’Kesh, which means “I am another you” or “I am another yourself.” Her epic conveyance is: (1) to express to all the truth that we are all one; (2) that through oneness we survive and thrive; and (3) that we should take more ownership in the brilliance of being part of the stars, the universe, the solar system and the greatness of all things.

LaOta Rassoull has created a healing space called “Of The Sun” where all like-minded people can gather. She has a website, www.ofthesun.com, that welcomes participation from people around the world. And She continues to expand her business and her mission by adding franchises to In La’Kesh Studios available to like-minded individuals around the world. The web address is: www.inlakeshstudio.com.

Where did the idea for your company come from?

I searched and studied diligently to come to the place where I understood and accepted that I, like those who don’t yet realize it, am a being of light and love—not an ego reactive sufferer. And from the moment that I adopted that reality, I sought a powerful and constant reminder that I am a light being. The sun represents light and life. I knew as I was closing a chapter of my growth that took place in Kansas City and opening the next one in Florida, that my vocation would be intertwined with sharing the healing that I found with all who were ready. How I saw myself and knew myself to be was what I wanted for everyone else—to know that they are “Of the Sun.” I realized that it is souls that fuel the sun and the sun who fuels us. In a poetic way that is how I understand my experience.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

My day begins before dawn each morning with a mental inventory of what I need to accomplish for the day. That review includes the appointments that I schedule between 11:30 and 4:30 each day and those things that need to be accomplished through the brick and mortar and online aspects of the Of The Sun enterprise. We reach people all over the world and no element of their care is overlooked. After I have communed with my guidance, I speak individually with my franchisees, distributors and to the members of my staff to ensure that everyone has what they need to be successful. Additionally, I speak and write on the subjects of air, earth, water, or fire and the consciousness of these huge elements of intelligence that represent all of us in every way.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I stand in meditation each morning seeking connectivity with the truth of the oneness of the universe, and I am rewarded with inspirations for how to share the insights I receive with others. The ideas and clarity that I gain through my meditations, I share with my staff. I am also surrounded by others who are ignited and excited by the search for truth. Many of the ideas that come forward are the result of a collaborative effort. Often the Of The Sun staff gathers as a think tank to consider the ideas that come forward and determine how best to bring them to fruition. We offer a variety of classes that are designed to train others in how to produce a higher vibratory experience, and it is not unusual for an idea to manifest through the classes–then it is always a YES. That is why there are so many options to offer at In’Lakesh Studio. All of the classes and ideas came from the think tank. There is such a variety, you can find them on: www.ofthesun.com/inlakesh.html.

What’s one trend that excites you?

I am excited about several trends I see developing in the quest for oneness and truth; one being the expansion of the Quantum Light Property Clearing classes. We have a flow new teachers gaining certification adding both their commitment and voices to the clarion call for oneness. Students are gaining so much more personal power. The classes don’t cost a lot, and some of the participants are excited enough to want their own studio. The classes are live streamed to facilitate online participation. As part of this trend, I see participation from corporations who, in their enlightened self-interest have taken an interest in wellness. Another trend that excites me is the growing interest and participation in my retreats to Hawaii to learn the consciousness of your body and food is exciting. I am also excited at seeing how the concept of “In’Lakesh” as a business and a movement is growing so quickly. All of these trends in my life are exciting.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

I operate through a set of principles that serve as guideposts and reminders for me. One of these principles “always check, never assume, and be specific” I adopted as a habit quite a while ago. And after I check myself, I check everything with my guidance. No matter what I am thinking about. I ask if this will serve humanity and if so, how.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I would share what I teach. I would share with my younger self to look in the mirror. I would say “younger self it is in this mirror that you will find your knight in shining armor.” I would say “younger self within you is the power to rescue, save, heal and elevate yourself.” And I would say to my younger self, all those stories you read and songs you heard about someone taking responsibility for you were about you taking responsibility for yourself. My younger self was always looking for someone to rescue me. During my Shamanic training, I was asked what I wanted to get rid of the most. I wanted to get rid of the idea that there would be a knight in shining armor. This was the thing that most stifled me. My landscape had been filled with stories and music that there would be someone responsible for me rather than me taking care of myself.

The most important thing for me to learn in my life was that I am responsible for myself and my own existence. So, if I am to share advice with anyone, including myself, it would be that you are responsible. It is you that you need to rely on. Develop yourself so that you can be that knight for yourself and for others.

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

I don’t think there’s anything that anybody disagrees with me on. There are few things people haven’t heard me say. But, because I strive to be accurate and clear and precise, when I speak, I explain. And once I explain—they get it. What I know for sure is that I am a part of all things and you are a part of all things. If everyone understood this the world would be a kinder place. We would take more ownership in the brilliance of being part of the stars, the universe, the solar system and the greatness of all things. Most people do not think this way, which is why we experience feelings that we are less than everything. There is no separation between us and the earth. We are all a part of the greatness of all things.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

If I may, there are two things I do over and over. I always call to be at my highest possible vibration, and I always greet everyone I meet, whether orally or silently, with the greeting of In La’Kesh. In La’Kesh is not a greeting, rather it is an expression of the recognition that we are all one. However, I use it in the way that one would use a greeting to extend to everyone I meet my will for them to be at their highest possible vibration. I recommend that everyone know that they are a part of oneness and greet one another with the expression of oneness– In’La’Kesh. We are one in truth. All of humanity should be taught In’Lakesh.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

One strategy that I used came from my guidance when I was told: “Allow yourself the freedom to have patience.” That advice has helped me a great deal. I have a tendency to walk fast, and not everything is always at the right time. It is the most important thing that we live in a universe and that we are free. If I imprison myself with impatience, I am in the opposite motion. The information from my guidance has been so valuable to me, I would encourage everyone else to have patience as well.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

I have missed, come up short or overshot goals and targets, but I have never failed. I measure failure as being afraid to go for that target again; to allow fear to keep me from trying. Every so-called failure has brought me to a higher level of understanding, I no longer consider anything as a failure. I know that all things come in time and on time, so adversity is a step stool I use to climb higher. I know that each motion that I make changes the trajectory of my next experience. As I go through the process of developing and perfecting my business, each process is speeding the manifestation of the completed task. I make sure I am in the motion of getting better all the time.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

I love the idea of In’Lakesh Studio it is a yoga studio and more. It has a variety of opportunities and classes for a variety of people of all ages to give any kind of classes or training they choose to share. It can be on-site or online. You can be an artist or a dancer, singer, food creator whatever gives you joy. You are not limited. www.inlakeshstudio.com

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

I take great measure to find highly vibrational food. Most recently, I bought heirloom tomatoes and blue and purple potatoes, and red quinoa and black rice. Everything that I purchased had nutrients and color throughout. I know I spent more than a hundred dollars, but it is worth it. I know that the best value I get from what I purchase is in providing myself with proper nutrition.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

We use Zoom for Livestream for our classes. It’s like another member of the Of The Sun staff in every city in the country. We also make use of twitter, and Facebook to get the message of oneness out to a wider audience.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins M.D. Ph.D. The book teaches how and why to calculate consciousness as it relates to self-awaress.

What is your favorite quote?
