I would tell my younger self to embrace change and not be afraid to take risks. I believe that work-life balance doesn’t mean giving equal time to both work and personal life every day. It’s more about integrating the two in a way that allows you to be fully present in each aspect when needed. This might mean longer work hours on some days and more family time on others, and that’s okay as long as it balances out over time.

Even if it’s just 15 minutes of quiet time, a walk, or reading a book, taking time for yourself is crucial for maintaining your mental and physical health.
