Olya Zhilinskaya is the fresh-faced face yoga coach you never knew you needed. She has recently begun regularly posting tips and tricks on posture, health, and wellness to her Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube, with plans to continue sharing her content with her followers and students on more platforms. Each of her posts holds a lot of value and includes topics like face workouts that not only prevent aging and improves posture, but also helps to reduce anxiety and helps to accept your body as is.
Olya proudly announces on one of her Instagram posts the following:
“Some major results I achieved for myself are better posture, fresher and more nourished skin, improved blood circulation, and some wrinkles disappeared. I feel like I am getting younger every day and to my surprise, I hardly use any skin care products to which I was addicted to before, as it’s what the beauty industry teaches us. “
Olya’s goal is to share her knowledge and passion with the world so they can fall in love with it and themselves as she has. She has actively been pursuing this career, and her education proves so, holding countless certificates and diplomas in anatomy, psychosomatics, and the chakra system, with more to come.
Where did the idea for your career come from?
During the pandemic, I began practicing face yoga and had incredible results in only a few weeks. That inspired me to pursue a career teaching face yoga, and I started taking professional training worldwide.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
I wake up early and begin exercising and doing breathwork. Then I do Face Yoga before going to the gym and finishing up in the steam room. This gets me primed to start creating content and doing individual consultations for my clients.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I always keep an eye on trends and make connections to determine what is coming next. Once I have an idea, I immediately begin taking action towards it until it’s manifested.
What’s one trend that excites you?
More and more people are becoming health conscious today, thanks to social media. Social media is helping people understand their bad habits while offering solutions. It’s a great time to be in the industry.
What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?
Get as much rest as possible. Health is everything. Despite what people think about always being on the go and hustling to get ahead, I’ve found the most success when relaxed and at peace.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Not to worry about anything because everything will always work out in the best possible way for you. Just keep moving forward.
Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.
My intuition allows me to read people’s minds. I can get a feel of someone’s personality seconds after meeting them.
As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?
Always have the discipline to prioritize your physical and mental health. If your health is compromised, so is every other element of your life.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?
Only putting out content that has value. I believe that sharing content that can help better the lives of others advertises itself, as it has proven successful for me.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
As an entrepreneur, I’ve failed many times. However, each failure guided me in a new direction and inspired me to pursue new projects. Because of my failures, I found the best projects for me, the ones I’m most passionate about. Many positives come from failures.
What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?
These days, you can sell anything online. Start teaching and marketing courses and services you’re good at and passionate about.
What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?
I recently signed up for a course online that taught me how to make fun and dynamic stories for social media. This course helped me overcome the fear of going social and navigating through social media, which I consider a priceless investment.
What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?
I only really use the notes and calendar apps on my phone. These are simple and all I need to stay on track and productive.
What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?
Instead of one book, I’d like to recommend one author. Joe Dispenza. I truly believe in his books and their potential to change the lives of anyone who reads them and practices what they preach.
