I believe that traditional education systems are increasingly irrelevant to success in the modern business world. Experience, creativity, and adaptability are becoming more valuable than formal qualifications.

I take a step back and engage in an activity unrelated to work, like cooking or playing poker. This mental break often helps me return to my tasks with a clearer mind and a fresh perspective.

What is one failure in your career,  how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

An early venture of mine failed due to inadequate market research. I overcame this by taking the time to learn from the mistake, emphasizing the importance of thorough preparation and validation before diving into new ventures. The lesson was clear: never underestimate the value of understanding your market deeply.
