Rich Eggett

Founder of Rockwell Time

In 2007, Rich Eggett founded Rockwell Time, naming the company after his oldest son. Family is everything to Rich. He’s been married to his beautiful wife Tonya for 29 years. Together they have five children and two grandchildren, with more on the way, he hopes. Rich and Tonya reside in West Bountiful, Utah, only a short distance from the Rockwell Compound.

As a young wrestler at BYU, Rich learned how to overcome tough challenges, both physical and mental. He discovered that success starts in the mind. Rich graduated from college with a degree in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership. After getting his degree, Rich joined BYU’s wrestling staff and learned how to coach and mentor athletes under the great Mark Shultz. Rich’s other career highlights include: owning a mountain lodge and resort, owning motorcycle shops, owning the Rockwell supercross team, and partnering with Monster Truck Militia.

Rich’s passion for life is contagious. Whether he is running with the bulls in Spain, or riding across Europe on motorcycles, he lives life to the fullest. He cares about people. Rich is always willing to go the extra mile to help individuals in need. As an example, Rich is a long-standing volunteer and financial supporter in his church community, anti-human trafficking organizations, as well as search and rescue initiatives. Rich is one of those individuals people gravitate towards. Even though he is reserved, Rich’s charisma and energy make him stand out in a crowd.

What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

I get up and work out with my family at the Rockwell gym. Afterwards, I recover in the sauna. I check my calendar for scheduled appointments and tasks to be completed for the day. I meet with key individuals at Rockwell to go over progress reports and new product developments. I spend time with potential clients and work on open deals. Throughout the day, I make sure to spend plenty of time outside in the sunshine. At the end of the day, I review my real estate properties and spend time with my family.
