Richard Iamunno is the longtime CEO at Atlantic International Capital (AIC) Digital Assets Group, a firm specializing in helping high-net-worth individuals expand and diversify their investment portfolios with dynamic digital assets, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies and asset-supported tokens, to name a few. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Richard utilizes his extensive expertise in digital currencies and boutique investment to ensure celebrities, entertainers, athletes, and other high-profile individuals have the knowledge and guidance to capitalize on exciting and lucrative crypto investment opportunities.

As the head of AIC, Richard also provides guidance to companies in the areas of blockchain technology, tier-1 crypto trading, banking, and capital formation. Prior to AIC, RIchard served as founder, President, and CEO at Online Gaming Systems, Ltd., a worldwide public company that supplied gaming industry clients with innovative, interactive gaming systems. Under Richard’s leadership, online Gaming Systems created and marketed a number of web-based and private network-based products, including RealSports, WebSports, Internet Casino Extension, Lotto Magic, Hotel HotLinks, Bingo Blast, and more.

Richard Iamuno is currently a Board Member of the Boca Raton Republican Club, a Founding Member of the Florida Atlantic University Founders Club, and a Member of the University of Central Florida Shareholders Club.

Where did the idea for AIC Digital Assets Group come from?

We created AIC Crypto sports and entertainment sponsorships as a natural spin-off of our core cryptocurrency business.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

I’m up by 530 am and until 8 am, I plan my day and get a lot of work done before heading to the office. While I spend a full day at the office, I also use my evenings to follow up and get ahead of the following day’s activities.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I’ve always run with ideas I thought were worthwhile. Sometimes they end as fast as they begin, but every once in a while, they become an important part of my business.

What’s one trend that excites you?

One very exciting trend I’ve seen is more crypto companies using their tokens to enter into college and professional sports sponsorships.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

I would say my unrelenting determination to always finish the job, no matter what task I’m tackling. This determination and desire to always get things done have always ensured high levels of productivity in my day to day.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I would tell my younger self that sometimes it’s ok not to go all in on a project.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Don’t be afraid to put in the extra time and work when you don’t want to but when you know it’s needed.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

It’s not really a strategy but an approach. Be relentless. Create long and strong business relationships. Always think about what’s best long-term and not just what’s best for today.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

I created a college football bowl game, and while it was a success on the field and for the players, it wasn’t a success for me financially. I decided to get back to my skill set, and over time, I overcame the setback.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

One business idea I would be willing to give away would be building an enterprise around collateralized crypto loan solutions.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

The best $100 I recently spent was a tip I gave someone who wasn’t expecting it but who really appreciated it. That experience was very rewarding.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

Zoom. It provides contact info and helps company marketing efforts and the time needed for research.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

“The View From The Summit” by Sir Edmund Hillary. This book is a tale of bravery, honor, and incredible perseverance. It was a real inspiration and I would recommend it to anyone.

“A journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step.”

• Once you jump into a project or task or anything really, it’s important to get the job done. Don’t leave things unfinished or incomplete.
