What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

I am usually up early and start my day by checking email and catching up on the news. Then I head to the office, where I spend most of my time meeting with clients or reviewing projects. I always try to take some time for myself in the afternoon to get some exercise or work on personal projects. I also make a point to attend evening events in the community, as it is important to stay connected with my clients and partners.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I typically start by sketching out my ideas and then talking to my team about them. We usually have a lot of brainstorming sessions, and I always make sure that everyone is on board with the idea before we move forward.

What’s one trend that excites you?

I am really excited about the rise in popularity of mixed-use developments. I think they offer a lot of advantages for both buyers and developers, and I believe we will see more of them in the future. They are a great way to maximize land usage and provide a variety of housing options for buyers.

I try to stay organized and stay on top of my schedule. This helps me to stay productive and avoid wasting time. I also like to take some time for myself each day to relax and rejuvenate, so that I can continue to be productive the next day.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I would tell myself to stay focused and stay the course. It is important to have a vision and to be determined in achieving it. There will be bumps in the road, but if you stay focused and believe in yourself, you can overcome anything.

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

I think the market for luxury homes will continue to grow in the years ahead. I believe that even in times of recession, people will continue to invest in luxury properties as a way to maximize their returns. There is always a strong demand for high-end homes, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

I always make a point to stay connected with my clients and partners. I attend evening events, connect on social media, and stay in touch through email. This helps me to build strong relationships and stay top of mind when opportunities arise.

I think it is important to focus on your strengths and delegate tasks that are not within your area of expertise. This allows you to focus on what you do best and grow your business more efficiently. What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

I think one of my biggest failures was not delegating tasks early on in my business. This caused me to become overwhelmed and prevented me from focusing on what I do best. I overcame this by hiring a team of experts who could help me manage those tasks, and by establishing clear guidelines and expectations.
