Bringing ideas to life involves a collaborative process. It starts with brainstorming sessions with my team, followed by rigorous market research. We then prototype, test, and refine based on feedback. Passion and perseverance are key in transforming ideas into reality.

What’s one trend that excites you?

The integration of AI and machine learning into business operations excites me. These technologies have the potential to revolutionize how we analyze data, make decisions, and interact with our customers, making businesses more efficient and innovative.

Starting my day with a clear list of goals and priorities helps me stay focused and productive. It allows me to allocate my time effectively and ensure that I’m always working on the most impactful tasks.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I would tell my younger self to fearlessly pursue opportunities for growth, even if they seem daunting. Embracing challenges and learning from failures is essential for personal and professional development.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you on?

I believe that failure is a better teacher than success. Most people dread failure, but I see it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and innovate. Embracing failure can lead to unexpected paths and breakthroughs.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

Continuous learning. The world is constantly changing, and staying informed and adaptable is crucial. I dedicate time each week to reading, attending workshops, and networking to broaden my knowledge and perspective.

Disconnecting briefly helps me clear my mind, refocus, and approach challenges with a fresh perspective.

What is one failure in your career,  how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

I launched a project without adequate market research, which failed. I learned the importance of thorough preparation, research, and listening to the target audience. This failure taught me to embrace a more data-driven approach in business decisions.

Notion is a versatile software that has significantly boosted my productivity. It serves as an all-in-one workspace where I can manage projects, documents, and deadlines in a highly organized manner. I use Notion for everything from tracking my daily tasks and maintaining a personal journal to managing extensive project timelines and storing company policies. Its ability to integrate databases, kanban boards, calendars, and reminders into one seamless interface allows for a unique customization that aligns with both personal and team workflows, ensuring that we stay on track and aligned with our goals.

Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?

I’ve found immense value in “Thinking, Fast and Slow” by Daniel Kahneman. This book delves into the two systems of thought that drive our decisions, highlighting how our intuition and reasoning impact our personal and professional lives. Understanding these processes has helped me make more informed decisions and better understand the behaviors of those around me.

What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?

“Chef’s Table” on Netflix has been a source of inspiration for me. Each episode profiles a world-renowned chef, diving deep into their culinary philosophy, creativity, and dedication to their craft.
