Where did the idea for your company come from?

With the introduction or IoT (Internet of Things) a new technological revolution took place. Businesses were looking for the IoT implementation in their business and there were plenty of IoT platforms available in the market but none of them was the complete solution.

The idea behind Biz4Intellia was to provide business with an End-to-End comprehensive IoT solution to eradicate all the challenges that the businesses were facing. The problem with only IoT platform adaption was that it was not a one-stop complete solution as the adopters had to search for multiple vendors to get sensors and other devices and integrate them with the IoT platform. But with Biz4Intellia IoT solution, you don’t have to worry about buying the devices and the integration of them, we take care of everything.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

I start at 6 in the morning, and my day starts with taking a look at my calendar to find out how my day would look. I try to spend little time managing as possible so that I can be available to support various teams. Whether it’s lead generation or marketing stuff, I am happy to jump in and help my teams. As in Biz4Intellia, we strongly discourage “That’s not my job” attitude.

How do you bring ideas to life?

We all get a number of ideas throughout a day and not necessarily we take all of them forward. When a feasible idea strikes in my mind I take it to the next level as soon as possible. I believe in the early execution of ideas, because even if the idea fails, at least we can say it didn’t consume much of our time. According to me, building a crude prototype of an idea and getting feedback is the best way to begin its implementation.

What’s one trend that excites you?

The lowering cost of technology and its contribution in easing industrial operations.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

The dedication towards my company and the time allocation habit for various tasks helps me get things done instead of overthinking them.

What advice would you give your younger self?

If you have a brilliant idea, at least try to attempt it, the worst could happen is that it will fail. And the failure will add to a great experience.

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

My view on leadership, which are empathetic. I always try to understand, relate to and be sensitive to my colleagues, teams, and communities.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

The bitter truth is, it doesn’t matter what you believe or think. The reality cannot be changed, the only thing that can be changed is your perspective on it. Be positive about your ideas and at the same time test them in worst scenarios and make use of all the feedbacks to re-shape your ideas.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business? Please explain how.

Bringing like-minded people together and work with them. And putting others before you whether it is customers or colleagues. Genuinely thinking about the welfare of people who you get in contact with whether its employees or clients.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

Being a Trusted Advisor is a two-edged sword, and you have to tree on it very carefully. It can be enormously beneficial for everybody. But it takes a big toll on you, due to the constant high expectations.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Building a social media platform, which is focused only towards the happiness of people.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

It’s been 2 months since I bought that beautiful tiny device, A laser pen. It might sound odd to call it the best recent $100 investment, but it really helped us out. It. it really made presentations very effective and put a great impression on my team. When you point towards anything important with a laser pointer, it adds excitement and makes people attentive towards your presentations.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

Using WhatsApp for official purpose. Having official WhatsApp app group helps in getting touch with the team and operating them.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

Outliers, written by Malcolm Gladwell. It basically breaks the typical myth and it makes you really think in-depth. While typically nowadays, information overflow is distracting our minds and provides us with incorrect information or half-baked info most of the time.
