Where did the idea for your company come from?

I am employed by the First National Bank of South Miami as Vice President of Business Development. Our bank is the most successful community bank in the South Florida area.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

Having spent my entire life in South Florida, I have had great success in Business Development.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I do my research before I call on Prospective Accounts that would fit in with the banks high standards.

What’s one trend that excites you?

As President of Children’s Resources, a 501 c3 charity, I had received great satisfaction in helping children with disabilities. It has been very rewarding work.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

I do not walk away from a no. I am very persistent

What advice would you give your younger self?

I wish I had more education than my BBA Degree.

Our country is divided and I believe we can come together for the good of everyone.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Helping people who need my help especially children.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

Spending time with people that need my services and help guide them to better business decisions.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

Giving up on people which I would never do again.

Taking a friend to lunch after recently losing his job. I’m glad I was able to help.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

I refer to google for prospective business clientele.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

I would recommend the book “Who Moved my Cheese?”. The book details amazing ways on how to deal with change in your work and personal life.

My favorite quote is “Pray, Hope and Don’t Worry” by Padre Pio
