Whitney Blodgett is the CEO of an up and coming SAAS Business, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company offers an array of services, including software creation, marketing, and sales, as well as tutorials for each finished product. The software that Whitney Blodgett’s company creates is based around services that make day-to-day retail and marketing business management simpler.
Where did the idea for Blodgett SaaS Solutions come from?
Every business that wants to grow and reap the benefits of increased sales needs to build a solid, positive reputation. A positive public perception can be derived from such consistently creating innovative, problem-solving software. Besides supporting the growth of businesses, my desire to serve at Blodgett SaaS Solutions came almost naturally because I am a staunch supporter of media that is devoid of slander and unsubstantiated claims.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
I start my day by organizing my work desk and briefing staff on the day’s assignments. I am generally an action oriented individual who doesn’t like the notion of sitting on ideas.
What’s one trend that excites you?
I really enjoy seeing more simplistic, user-friendly interfaces in technology. We use proven tools and strategies that allow us to obtain authentic positive reviews from suppliers, clients and partners which in turn, help us understand what features our products must have, and we do our best to deliver the SaaS solutions that we know will make our customers’ happy. The software as a service can be used in conjunction with other tools to streamline business operations.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?
We always strive to offer the highest quality of service. When it comes to innovative new products, we draw inspiration from our clients’ businesses, but we also want to keep our pricing doable for even the newest startups. We also make it a point to go through the entire process with our clients, from installation to customer service.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
I wouldn’t call it a failure, but troubleshooting is always a big worry for many of my clients, especially when we’re releasing new software updates. We want to make sure that the original products have as few glitches as possible when releasing new product.
What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?
I read quite a lot, there is this interesting book by Gary Davies titled “Corporate Reputation and Competitiveness”. The book offers cutting-edge organizational improvement ideas covering key topics like overseeing long-term organizational strategy, crisis management and media management.
What is your favorite quote?
