David Pressler has been designing and building indestructible monolithic concrete homes since 1982. Where did the idea for the Safedome come from?

Began with the fuel shortages under President Carter writing on the wall was that energy would become an issue in the future. By building off grid indestructible homes America could prosper without fossil fuels.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

My day consists of educating folks about methods and products that are futuristic. Contractors today, unless forced to change, will not. Easy doing the same task everyday and collect money, hard to change to better society and possibly make less money. Is not what America is all about making money? At this stage of my life it is not about the money it is about leaving a legacy.

How do you bring ideas to life?

If you can imagine it you can make it happen, usually once you locate knowledgeable people.

What’s one trend that excites you?

Off grid indestructible, including composting toilets, homes. Disaster after disaster says rethinking about how we build homes should have started 20 years ago? Secret contractors do not want the public to know about monolithic concrete construction.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

Constantly recognizing inefficient methods.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Do not trust the government to protect your rights. corporations cannot file a civil rights complaint! Tactic used by Attorney General Bondi Florida to deny showing evidence of guilt. While developing an off grid fish farm DeSoto County stopped it Florida concealed this creating a conspiracy to conceal the truth! Business ruined mere 45 days from purchasing a Florida certified aquafarm Arcadia, Florida losing most of retirement monies!

The future of human fecal disposal will depend on retrofitting society with composting toilets! 24/7 humans talk about alternative energy NEVER about alternative human fecal disposal?

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Watch what is being used and what is not and do not buy what you can rent.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

Recognizing needs that are not being fulfilled by other companies that are not expanding their out of box thinking.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

While developing an off grid fish farm, Arcadia Florida, for arrival of then President Obama. I did not anticipate my civil rights would be violated and then not finding any of my representatives Florida or Federal that would come to my aid, so had to sell the farm. From this loss of retirement money 10 years later now able to begin anew building off grid bunker homes no home insurance needed.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

Video production program to produce videos on YouTube. Social media the future of advertising so the $100 spent on a program to produce videos on Youtube probably has given back 10,000 times its value over the past years.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

YouTube is my go to vehicle that allows viewers to see methods being used as it happens. My channel also gives insight on cruises, travel destinations that folks once traveled to and underwater scenes.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

As a spiritual person I believe that society today must begin rethinking humankind. Chariots of the Gods may not have been 100% factual but in the late 1960s it did awaken thoughts of many including myself.
