What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

My typical day begins with a morning meditation for roughly ten minutes. I set my intentions for the day in my morning meditation and then I journal for another ten minutes to make my intentions even more concrete. After my intention setting, I settle right at my desk and laser focus on calls for the day and meetings to make next big moves.

How do you bring ideas to life?

One of my gifts is manifesting ideas into reality. One thing I consciously do is I repeat the vision I want to see become a reality in every possible way. I will write about it. I think about it. I speak to people about it as if it already happened. All of that combined makes things happen a whole lot quicker.

What’s one trend that excites you?

One trend that excites me is the excitement around spiritual awakening. I feel that spiritual awakening and universal awareness is the key to fixing this world once and for all and the closer we get towards that destiny, the faster it will arrive.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

Laser focus is how I am most productive. I simply shut my phone off and laser focus onto the work that is right in front of me. With proper focus, productivity becomes inevitable.

What advice would you give your younger self?

The advice I would give to my younger self is the fact that nothing is out of reach. I would tell my younger self to use the non-believers as fuel to the fire of success. When someone says “You can’t do it”, use that as fuel to show that you can do that and so much more.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you on?

Most people call me naive when I share my vision of world peace. I don’t only believe it is possible. I know it is possible. Why? Because when you look deep into nature, you see everything working in homeostasis. So if nature works that way, why can’t we? The reality of corruption, greed, and war is not “just a part of human nature”. It is a resonance that we are choosing to align with, whether consciously or unconsciously. If we simply work on changing the resonance we align with, we will change the reality we experience.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

Journaling has become my secret weapon. The act of writing is how I not only detox my mind of what is taking up space in a counterproductive way, but it is also a way to manifest intangible ideas into reality.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

When I feel overwhelmed or unfocused, I go for a run or go to the gym in general. The gym and exercise is a very powerful way that I have learned to overcome stagnant energy in the body in order to experience flow once again.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

Undoubted belief and a crystal clear vision of what I want to create is how I have grown my organization to the level that it is at today. I take risks, though they are all calculated. Another key is success is the realization that your organization or company is a reflection of you. When things are going “wrong”, it is simply a signal trying to show you what you need to fix within yourself. If you are at peace, your reality will reflect that.

What is one failure in your career,  how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

I fail all the time. But I don’t see failure as a bad thing. I see it as a necessary step that occurs in order to succeed in the long run. One failure is when I launched a global affiliate program called OPERATION UNITY. It didn’t work the way I envisioned it to work. The best step I took was to zoom out and understand that it simply wasn’t in my highest good. I could have tried to force it to make, but instead I accepted that it wasn’t going to and I cut my losses early. That is the key to success… realizing failure quickly, learning from it, and moving on.

What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?

All of them. I consider all of my ideas open source as I don’t believe there is anything new under the sun. The more we share, the more we receive.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

One software I use that has done wonders for me is Uscreen. It is a great software that helps me run UNIFYD TV in a seamless way from the backend.

Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?

My favorite book is “Parmenides and The Way of Truth”. It showed me the fundamental difference between truth and opinion. It taught me how to think and act from a place of Universal Awareness as opposed to division consciousness which always leads to war, greed and corruption. This new way of thinking allowed me to see the world in a much more productive way.

What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?

A movie that I recently enjoyed is Sound of Freedom. I am actually the executive producer of Sound of Freedom. I feel it is important for the world to watch this movie as it sheds light on the problem of child trafficking around our world today. If we can save our children, we can save all future generations as well.

Key learnings
