Where did the idea for your career come from?

Thyssenkrup is a technology-based solutions company that develops and produces products for the future customer and market requirements. Thyssenkrup saw that the world was changing, but technology was lagging behind- so they took initiative. As the Director of Quality it is up to me to make sure that the technology we are putting out onto the market is technologically advanced to the fullest extent. The goal of Thyssenkrup is s developing quality products that are going to launch us into the future, make the market a better place by providing quality options and having great customer satisfaction.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

Being the Director of Quality at Thyssenkrup means that a lot of my time is spent managing projects and working with my teams. I start my day by making a list of tasks and priorities that highlight the importance and eagerness of each task, and then meeting with my team to make sure everyone is on track. I also spend time giving my engineers the resources they need to succeed. In addition to project management, I also spearhead Thyssenkrup’s quality initiatives. This means that I am constantly striving to find new ways to improve our products and services. It’s a demanding job, but I love it. Every day is a new challenge, and I get to work with some of the best engineers in the world.

How do you bring ideas to life?

As the project manager, it is my responsibility to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and bring these new ideas to life. I rely heavily on my team of engineers and developers to bring my ideas to life. I trust that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to complete the project successfully. Without their expertise, the project would not be possible. In order to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, I create a timeline and provide the team with the resources they need. I also closely monitor the project’s progress and make adjustments as necessary. By working together, we are able to bring new products and services to market quickly and efficiently and I am able to bring my vision to life and create a successful project. . This partnership is essential to our company’s success.

What’s one trend that excites you?

There are many trends in technology that excite me. I think that there are many advancements in technology that will make the world a better place, including medical advances, security advancements and accessibility advances. I am particularly excited about medical advances. There have been a lot of breakthroughs in medical technology in recent years, and I think that this is just the start. I believe that we will see even more amazing advances in the future that will help to improve the lives of people all over the world. I am also excited about security advancements. I think that as our world becomes more connected, it is important to make sure that our data is secure. I believe that we will see more developments in this area in the future that will help to keep our information safe. Lastly, I am excited about accessibility advances. I think that it is important to make sure that everyone has access to the same opportunities and resources. What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

One of the most important productivity hacks I’ve learned is to stay organized and delegate tasks. This means having a system in place for tracking trends, deadlines, and tasks. It also means being willing to let go of certain tasks that can be delegated to others. For me, this has been a game-changer in terms of getting things done. By staying organized and delegating tasks, I’m able to focus on the most important items on my to-do list and get them done more quickly and efficiently.

What advice would you give your younger self?

If I could go back and give myself some advice when I was younger, it would be to keep going through tough jobs. It can be tempting, when faced with a difficult or challenging job, to just quit and move on to something else. But the truth is that everything we learn in our jobs, no matter how difficult they may be, will come to be useful in the future. trends change and new challenges arise, but the skills and knowledge we gain from facing tough jobs will always be relevant. Failure. It’s a word that can strike fear into the hearts of even the bravest soul. And it’s a reality that we all must face at some point in our lives. But what if I were to tell you that failure is not only inevitable, but it can also be one of the most valuable experiences you’ll ever have?

Sure, no one likes to fail. But those who do learn essential life lessons that cannot be taught in any school or by any book. They learn how to pick themselves up after being knocked down, how to dust themselves off and try again. They learn resilience, perseverance and grit; qualities that will serve them well in both their personal and professional lives.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

One thing that I do over and over again is create a system that does not allow many things to fall through the cracks. This system is something that I follow every project that I have. Sometimes, I have to change and adjust the system, but having a clear plan and timeline is something that is important to me no matter the project. By having this system in place, it helps to ensure that I am organized and that all of the tasks associated with the project are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, it helps to prevent me from forgetting important details or tasks that need to be completed. Having this system in place is one of the keys to my success in completing projects.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

All too often, projects large and small fall by the wayside due to a lack of organization and clear planning. This is something I have experienced firsthand, and it is something that I have vowed to change. In order to prevent my projects from sliding into chaos, I have developed a system that helps me to keep track of all the important details. This system includes creating a clear timeline for each project, as well as assigning specific tasks to different team members. By following this system, I am able to ensure that all my projects are completed on time and that no important details are overlooked. It may require some additional effort up front, but the end result is always worth it.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

In my early days as a project manager, I failed to create an efficient and realistic timeline. As a result, I had many missteps, incorrect orders, confused employees, and a failed project. From this experience, I learned the importance of creating a timeline that is both realistic and flexible. In particular, I learned that it is essential to allow for changes and adjustments throughout the course of a project. By doing so, I can avoid the pitfalls that led to my previous failure and ensure the success of future projects.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

A business idea that I am willing to give away has to be something related to technology in the medical field. In my line of work I am seeing various new advancements that are going to change the medical industry so I would say a business idea that would be extremely lucrative and beneficial to get started in is 3D printing and how it can assist with medical treatments and advances.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

The best $100 I spent recently was dinner with a few close friends. Although we all have different jobs in different industries it is extremely helpful to have conversations with friends and get their outside perspective on situations, learn about what they are doing and connect for potential partnerships.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

Monday.com is a great project management tool for those just starting in project management as it allows for you to add your team, clearly lay out timelines, show every step of the project and delegate tasks.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

I would recommend The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey as it is a great book for anyone looking to better themselves, better their business and better their work habits.
