Clément Lioure has studied International Business Management in France and Germany. After many years spent between both countries, he settled in Vienna, Austria where he worked as an area sales Manager for France at Containex, one of the European leading container trading companies and as a Sales Manager for the Asian market at Roxcel, one of the biggest European paper trading companies.

After gathering experience and establishing worldwide networks in these positions, Clément has decided to move on to consulting activities and founded NWSE GmbH, whose headquarters are located in Vienna, Austria.

The idea for NWSE GmbH was born thanks to his association with consultants from different backgrounds in order to deliver business services for growing enterprises. NWSE GmbH supports customers from all over the world in supporting the launch, development and expansion of their business concepts. is the main brand and aims at supporting various business projects. The „Quick Check“ service aims at providing a honest analysis and feedback to projects in their early phases.

But whereas this service is successful, the service of does not end with a simple analysis and many extended and customized services also are available to accompany companies in all stages of their implementation, from the creation of a business plan to the establishment of logistic and sales networks.

What are you working on right now? is only in its starting phase. There are still many more services to develop.

Our customers are expecting much more from us and we are working on constantly improving our services and meeting their expectations.

In addition to that, there are still many consulting services I would like to implement and that currently require some extended research

Trends that excite you?

Customization: I believe that each project is unique and requires special attention. I am fond of any service or product that adapts to customers needs. At the end of the day, this is what makes the difference between a good and an outstanding provider.

How do you bring ideas to life?

Brainstorming is for me the best technique that exists. I systematically involve the members of my team to develop any idea and I am convinced that a group always achieves more than a single individual.

What inspires you?

I have always been inspired by people who like challenges and are ready to give everything for their projects, against all odds. These people, on any level, are an inspiration an motivates me to go develop my own ideas.

What is one mistake you’ve made, and what did you learn from it?

It is more about the sum of details in a project I did not assess correctly. When developing a new idea, each detail and phase should be dedicated full concentration to guarantee success.

Over the years I have learnt not to underestimate any issue and make sure each Step is done correctly. Some would call it being a perfectionist, but this is how I carry out my activities and handle my customers.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Believe in your ideas. If your are truly convinced that it is worth a try, you must go for it. Most people do not dare to try and end up regretting that or see their ideas implemented by others.

Some things are a chance in a lifetime and should not be missed.

What is one book and one tool that helps you bring ideas to life?

Book: “Gung ho!” by Kenneth Blanchard has inspired me a lot in my business organization especially concerning teamwork and the dedication towards customers. I always keep in mind the principles of this fantastic book to achieve the best possible efficiency in any situation.

Tool: I particularly like Basecamp because it is an extremely efficient communication and organisation tool. May it be with my colleagues or with customers all over the world, it makes communication easy, transparent and above all the information flow is very quick. And in my activities, a successful communication is essential to deliver the perfect solution to the customer.

Why has become successful so quickly? gives the exact answers to the questions young entrepreneurs may have. It is quick, honest, transparent and straightforward without any artificial and unnecessary features.

How does your spare time look like?

As in my business life, it is all about setting challenges to myself and pushing the limits always further. Sport especially allows me to find these challenges and to achieve a healthy balance with my business life.I am currently preparing for a marathon and an ironman is planned for later this year.
