What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

My day usually starts at 5 A.M with the usual stuff like meditation, light exercise, and a healthy breakfast while catching up on some emails.
At work, my day revolves around analyzing data, researching industry trends, creating marketing plans, collaborating with clients, and monitoring campaigns’ performance.
To optimize productivity, I prioritize my tasks based on their urgency and importance, minimize distractions, and take regular breaks to stay refreshed and focused.

How do you bring ideas to life?

Creativity, open-mindedness, and willingness to try new things are key when it comes to generating marketing ideas. By combining these approaches, I can generate a wide range of ideas that can help my clients achieve their marketing goals.
Once I have a perfect idea for my client’s needs, my team and I develop a strategic plan and execute it through various marketing channels and tactics, such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising.

What’s one trend that excites you?

Tell us something you believe that almost nobody agrees with you on?

The customer isn’t always right. This doesn’t mean that you should ignore your customers’ needs and opinions. However, you shouldn’t blindly follow every customer’s demand or complaint, especially if it goes against your brand values.
A customer may not fully understand your product or service, or they may have unrealistic expectations. In such situations, you should educate your customers and help them understand why you make certain business decisions.

I’d advise everyone to continually learn and stay curious about new trends, technologies, and insights in their industry. This is what I do and it has been instrumental to my staying competitive, innovative, and adaptable to changes.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

I take a short break to recharge my energy and clear my mind. I may go for a walk, meditate, listen to music, or do something unrelated to work. Then, I prioritize my tasks and break them down into smaller, manageable steps.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues has played a key role in my career and business growth. The strategy basically entails active listening, empathy, communication, trust-building, and delivering results that exceed expectations. By doing so, I’ve earned repeat business, referrals, and a reputation that propelled my growth and success.

What is one failure in your career,  how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

I’ve made mistakes and failed several times along the way, and I’m here because I didn’t give up. Generally, failure can be an opportunity for learning and growth.
Some lessons I took away from my failures include, analyzing the root causes and factors that led to the failure, identifying areas of improvement, developing a plan to address them, seeking feedback and advice from mentors and peers, and embracing a growth mindset that values learning and experimentation.
